SECRET ANGEL #5 SENT TO SCOTT

Yesterday I received the cutest card from my secret tatting angel.  She tatted a turkey from a pattern that wasn't even a turkey pattern.  It was so intovative.  She used a pattern by Connie Strobel for a fan and turned into the turkey in the picture.  Not sure how she designed the head but it is so cute.  I love the pattern she included.

SECRET ANGEL #14 SENT TO TERRY

    My Secret Angel outdid IT again. I LOVE the coffee cup sleeve with my name and tatting. It will go on my herbal tea cup since I don't drink coffee or tea. The Thread is Valdani and is really pretty.
I have 6 little charms (flowers & stars). I love to make bracelets for the girls in church with their names in beads. I usually add a charm to the end so these will be well used. I haven't rec'd any copies of Knots & Notes by Kathy Johns in Fond du Lac, WI. It's timely with small snowflakes and copywritten in 1986. Thank you so much Secret Angel. I really appreciate the thought and
energy that went into my gifts.

 I received my Nov. card from my secret tatted angel.  thank you for all the goodies.  she sent 2 more "ring of tatters" newsletters (spring and autumn 2008 and the previous one was  autumn of 2009)--i really love reading them.  one had a photo of the bookmark competition winning entries--gorgeous--wish i had the patterns.  i also received a lovely shuttle from India and some beautiful rayon thread which i have never used.  should be fun.  there was also an interesting postcard picturing one of the university buildings. [my birthday is july 3].

I received a nice long letter from my secret angel which was welcome and her apologies for not sending anything in October due to family but she had sent the wedding anniversary card at the end of September so I had counted that as for October.  Sorry I can’t send you the letter but it was for me!!!
